My god, this incident at the Alaska State Fair taking down a man who apparently had a warrant for failure to appear (but they didn't tell him until they had choked him, ripped his kid from his arms, tased him multiple times, punched him, and stood on his ankles.) alaskapublic.org/news/public-...
