ESPECIALLY if you also risked the Wrath of the Monki by cleaning out his lair. "So that's where my lava lamp was! I haven't seen it in years," says your 21yo.
I'm pretty sure it's a rule that if you're the person who takes every single thing out of the large entryway closet, sorts out donations/rubbish/things still wanted, vacuums & organizes everything, then you get to keep the $10.25 in various bills/coinage lurking in the to-be-donated pockets.

I'm okay leaving off the "Beach," since I'm trying hard to preserve the 1920s town names. Wherever they appear as Cocoanut Grove, Daytona (no Beach), &c. I'm not modernizing, though I do where I'm not quoting. But it's true I could write [Pompano].

(I mean, I know what you're doing, but I need you to stop)
How many educators did you talk to when you made this decision? Oh, none, you say? Ohhhh this is for presidential donations, you say?

My grad school friends called MacGuyver, because I can fix almost anything around the house with whatever's at hand. (I would bring a toolbox with me to get a head-start.)

Writing is finding glossy pamphlets advertising the allure of Miami in 1926, which inadvertently confusing great fun at the beach with one girl positively decking another. It is trying not to laugh. And failing all afternoon.
