worse it's *curiosity as if they're just sexless automatons on the tv / behind metaphorical plexiglass at the ground, except when they turn up to awards nights and only with a woman in tow. can't have the kids thinking deviant thoughts!

yeah I can appreciate the magnitude of it.
but solutions that still let people have anything more than hunting/sport rifles isn't going to solve the problem - genuine fear that someone has a gun
you won't eliminate them entirely but 0.5% works
