There are 2 Castilleja listed in my Boreal and Aspen Parkland guidebook: red and purple... which might be the hot pink.
There are 7 in the Rockies (according to the guidebook), including Alpine, which is often pink.

It's mostly red though occasionally yellow-orange in Alberta.
Hot pink might be a different subspecies.
