Yes definitely. But if any 2 bodies can pressure Fulton County to appraise these buildings correctly it’s City of Atlanta and APS. Not saying the City is the decision maker here, but it certainly does not help that the City has stayed silent on it.

If candidates for local office are not demanding, like Kelsea, that trophy commercial properties be appraised at market and pay their fair share of taxes - why not? It's a scandal. And a $500M / yr revenue opportunity for APS, City & County. The only way out of the financial jam Atlanta is in.
Atlanta is not doing right by our kids. Over 1,800 APS students lack stable housing. Our public schools are being starved of funds because billionaire luxury property owners refuse to pay their fair share in taxes. Poverty is the single largest predictor of educational outcomes.
