  1. I feel so bad for her, Sotomayor and Kagan, rising to the top of judicial jurisprudence only to find it’s full of corruption, criminality and no ethics

  2. Justice Jackson is giving us a front-row seat to what happens when legal proceedings descend into complete disorder. Unbelievable coverage.

  3. The supremely corrupt court is supremely corrupt. All the men and Anti-Choicey Barrett are criminals

  4. I’m glad, we need people like her who are willing to stand up and point out this is all bullshit. The conservatives are just making it up as they go along and doing what suits their agenda. The fact that none of the other liberal justices joined her dissent is shameful.

“…members of the public and coordinate branches of government have accepted Supreme Court rulings because they assumed, from the outside looking in, that it is a legitimate body to be taken seriously.

Jackson is showing why it is not.”

(Deeply courageous!! All respect to Justice Jackson!! 🇺🇸❤️)

Now that they have six votes why bother putting effort into making rulings look real? The conservative justices can just announce whatever they want

  7. How many more smart Black Females in positions of Authority have to be attacked or fired before there’s some kind of Civil Rights action against the racist adjudicated rapist?

Gov Lisa Cook, the only Female Black member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, is his latest lynching. So gross!

  8. Thank you for this article. I am SO THANKFUL for a SANE Justice Jackson on the bench!

  9. Irreparably broken, zero credibility to enforce our Constitution. Trump may claim another institution destroyed, I’ll assume Putin is paying bonuses.

  10. Damn, when I see her in photos —I get superstitious. If I met her I’d probably want to dance around her burning a smudge stick or make her carry a vial of holy water. I can’t help but think of EVIL she is surrounded with. I gotta pray for her. I could not do it. Keep her in the light, Lord.

  11. I’m starting to wonder if they’ll find a way to remove her. We’re almost at the “telling the truth will not be tolerated” stage.

  12. Justice Jackson has the bravery to speak with frank honesty. It's clear the legitimatacy of the Supreme Court has been wilfully eroded by the majority of the Justices choosing 47 over the Constitution, hence your people. The harm said Justices are inflicting is immeasurable and will have dire 1/

  13. She's a hero: smart, articulate, brave & courageous. The GOP majority are not justices; they are politicians. Their plan is to align with Trump's authoritarian goals & grotesque bigotry. They clearly don't give a damn about real people who are hurt, sickened, attacked or killed by their decisions.

If this were a corporate job Justice Jackson would quit not wanting to deal this BS

  15. But John Roberts stands ready to again scold all of us for daring to question his Court's legitimacy.

  16. I feel the worst for her. What a shitshow of deep corruption she’s witnessing. History will treat her as a hero fortunately. She knows her writing will be in the history books, rightfully.

  17. Decades of putting money over the Constitution...over Our Rights and hopes for a more perfect union. They make shit up...!!! Absolute Immunity... Essentially they're fascists serving the Trillionaire Class... They, essentially, reinstalled trump.

  18. I read her dissents and they can only be interpreted as “these clowns are on some fuckshit.”

  19. I would have been expelled from it if I was a democratic supreme Judge, I would get physical and jump and hurt one of those 6 Maga Judges mother fuckers, every time they vote as insanely as they've been doing

  20. It had to be disappointing for her to be honored with life tenure in one of the most powerful organizations on earth and finding it populated primarily by racist, retrograde hillbillies.

  21. I could not imagine reaching the highest position in your profession & being disillusioned by 2/3 of your co workers while wondering which ones are compromised & to what extent.

  22. This blunt Supreme Court justice signal flare would be one of the most shocking developments of the decade if it weren’t for the 1,000 other shocking things Trump has already done or directly influenced.

  23. Pres. Biden's single term was the most legislatively successful & effective of any of our lifetimes but his most historic achievement may well end up having been to appoint Justice Jackson to the Supreme Court. She is REMARKABLE.

  24. All because Americans had no clue what electing a criminal 2 times would do to the Supreme Court and this country for years to come. The damage is going to hurt every single middle class amd even upper middle class American for decades to come. Way to screw your own selves, electorate.

  25. Oh say it, girl, there are four old white men who think they are god's gift to the rest of us, and one seriously self-hating black man....so let it loose girl....we certainly feel you....

I can't imagine what it's like to sit on this court. It must be pure hell. You can't leave because the country needs you. And you know who will be nominated in your place. All you can do is express yourself while staying professional.

  27. It wouldn't even surprise me if this SC ruled that Republicans could gerrymander but Democrats can't.

  28. Her expression says it all... 😅 Do you think the current problem with the Supreme Court is due to strong personal stances, or is it that the entire system itself has deviated from its original intention?

  29. I went to the US Supreme website and left a note basically saying the same thing (for the sixth time this year)

Of course, they will have a Project 2025 intern read the thing

  30. Yeah, that's what she said.

Law is based on the rules being the same for everyone, consistently, and based on principle. Calvinball is based on the rules being mutable, changing for expedience, on spur of the moment, for a player's convenience.

Calvinball is the opposite of credible jurisprudence.

I can't separate the legalese from the mythology and I need to know: WHO (and under what circumstances) is protected from prosecution along with Potus. Is he protected from everything he ever did? Is his administration also protected before, during and after the elections?

  32. My heart fucking breaks for her (and the country) on a regular basis. I don’t know how she does it, how she isn’t deflated every single day. I’m eternally grateful for her efforts, and for speaking on the record in her dissents on behalf of a majority of this country in these insane rulings.

Thank you thank you thank you Justice Jackson!!! Too bad the other justices don’t have the balls she has to stand up and speak out against the overthrowing of our democracy. They will be judged as RBG was at the end of her life….not in a good light!

I can’t imagine showing up for work in that place!

I wondered why everyone was so thrilled for her, when it was clearly going to be soul crushingly awful.

She’s a hero for saying yes, but I would not blame her for rage quitting at any moment.

  35. I was really hoping Biden would at least attempt to dilute that court but alas, here we are. The problem is, Biden had a lot of respect for norms. It's the only "knife to a gun fight". We've got to stop that shit.

  36. I think John Roberts knew about Project 2025 & agreed with its premise & that is why he reached in to take the case against Trump & hold it & then give the utterly disgusting ruling giving a President immunity so much. In my opinion, the other Conservative Justices are all on board with 2025

  37. “Calvinball has only one rule: There are no fixed rules. We seem to have two: that one, and this Administration always wins.”

We need 4 more Justice Jackson’s on the court and at least 3 of the 4 misogynists, not naming names. Gone.
