Trump is the "Lawless Man" the Bible warns about in 2 Thessalonians 2. If any of the Trumpvangelicals had ever read the Bible, they'd know that. I've got lots of thoughts on denominations etc, as I'm sure you could guess lol.

I am a professional vocalist. I've sung in many, many churches over the years. I've even been a soloist at the National Cathedral several times. I can do "entertaining" lol. Jesus was teaching us to be leaders, which means serving others, not exerting power over them

I find the "Christian" nationalism infuriating! I'm not sure any of them have actually read the Bible because they're so far from the meaning & intent it's mind boggling. I have said for years that I've lost my religion not my faith. Not a fan of organized religion.

I don't think he's got the substance needed to effectively start rebuilding what Trump and MAGA have systematically dismantled. But, in order to get the attention of the GOP and the fringe MAGA who are sick of Trump, Newsom is the only person successfully doing that. In my opinion, anyway.
