That’s horrible and I’m sorry you’re exposed to that here. Bsky does have its problems.
But the difference is X is algorithmically trained to elevate the worst parts of society. Why should any reasonable person tolerate that? Is it really still worth finding ideas there? When is enough?

Here, they will find a larger audience and more traction of their material/ideas, but that also comes with some criticism they may not be able to handle

Look, neither Twitter or Bluesky are probably having the reach or impact as she thinks. Folks staying on X do seem to share a sense of contrarianism, tho. In a way, they prefer a smaller algorithmic echo chamber where their ideas don’t get wider traction on X, but get do trumpeted by peers
