Alright we have two building Construction updates for everyone today. Both in Seattle SLU area both right next to each other. The first is in pretty early stages of construction on 2405 7TH AVE 44-Story, 442 Units, Parking 260, Don’t quote me but I think construction started maybe 3 months ago.
Alright rant. The Pike Place Pedestrian experiment trial I so far haven’t seen happening fully. Here’s what I mean. I normally can’t go around 2-3pm. I notice every time I do cars are still driving down the road and it’s not venders it’s clearly lost tourists or locals. Markets open till 6.
