  1. The Pinto had nothing as bad as Tesla's many safety issues. Weren't they forced out of circulation? Why does nothing happen no matter how many Tesla deaths/injuries?

  2. Imagine getting 29 billion dollars for being a liar and a Nazi. I will always be poor if that's what you gotta be to be rich. Shameful.

  3. So Tesla operates like most big companies whose malfeasance kill lots of innocent people.

Like "law" enforcement agencies across the US that kill lots of innocent people.

And like the US military, whose members kill lots and lots of innocent people around the world.

  4. Well, it's the Land of the Free so the illegal South African immigrant must have the freedom to do what he wants!

  5. Please tell me once again how this lying, cheating, nazi piece of 💩 deserves a redemption arc for (rightfully) calling the pedo in chief a pedo.

Also, nobody can convince me that the $TSLA stock isn’t a scam. Completely detached from the company’s financials and outlook. It’s rigged af.

  6. Elon himself is a detestable person. Now we understand the same corrupt & detestable nature pervades Tesla the company. It is sad the poor influence of someone with so much potential. Should our astronauts continue to use SpaceX? I remember the Challenger disaster well & a seminar by Roger Boisjoly.

  7. and somebody PLANNED that openly corrupt move. Someone programmed both the car and HQ for this. That should be full intent and consciousness of a criminal act.

  8. Why such nonsensical behavior Tesla? 🤨

This is counterproductive long-term — absolutely disingenuous. Your teams are best to build customer loyalty and trust in your products NOT destroy them!

    ☝🏻*You can do better Tesla!

  9. Well, fElon has at least that in common with Trump: they’ll do anything not to be held accountable for their wrongdoings. Or any doings. They’re amateurs with a big mouth, too much money, insecurity issues and not enough people around them to tell them the truth.

  10. Tell us it isn't so!... Muskrat lying to the Public???.. He shares this quality, or lack thereof, with the Dumpster!

  11. Lie, cheat and steal. That’s all these fuckers know. It’s gross, disgusting and inexcusable.

  12. This is tampering with evidence on a grand scale. This must lead to prison for Elon

    0
  13. If you program a car to delete fatal data... you know beforehand that it will cause fatal crashes

Musk does not care about people dying.... He just cares about making as much as possible out of it

    0
  14. "The vehicle then deleted its local copy"

    Holy crap. Programmatic evidence tampering.

For those not in tech: the norm is the inverse--data preservation plus automated remote duplication for data security and audit trail.

  15. Now just imagine what your Tesla bot will do when they snuff you out for expecting too much from them

  16. Reports from some time back that autopilot would relinquish control back to the driver as soon as an unavoidable collision was detected. So 2 secs before impact it was logged as being under manual control. futurism.com/tesla-nhtsa-...

In 16 separate Tesla crashes, records showed that the self-driving feature had suspiciously "aborted vehicle control" just before impact.

Tesla Accused of Shutting Off Autopilot Moments Before Impact

  17. It's been reported that Tesla also automatically turns off the Autopilot within the last second before a crash so it can claim that the vehicle wasn't in Autopilot mode when it crashed.

  18. Why would anyone trust anything this man makes? He has proven time and time again he lies, manipulates and does not care who he hurts in is quest for money and power. I can't imagine getting into one of his vehicles and thinking it would be safe.

  19. Tesla is building a lithium factory in Corpus Christi. Originally said it needed 400k gals of water a day. Changed that to 800k gals. Now it saying it needs 8mil gals a day. Drought stricken area where residents ordered to conserve every drop…but Tesla allowed to use whatever it wants 🙄

  20. our country's political and business elites (who have now largely merged into one group) are a criminal syndicate

  21. It’s shit like this that used to get companies CLOSED. Blame your local Chamber of Commerce, it’s been a grassroots effort since the 60s

    0
  22. Oh really? How surprising that a company so thoroughly entwined with the FElon should lie and cheat to achieve their aims!

    0
  23. So I’m assuming Elon will be fired, go to jail, be made accountable for his dangerous cars? Maybe the cars will be taken off the road because they’re so dangerous? No? Oh the law doesn’t work for Elon. Tesla would be rolling in his grave.

  24. Who is shocked about Musk’s Tesla abusing data? Did his $200,000 DOGE cyber kids write that code?

    0
  25. And musk is trying to save face by badmouthing trump. He is just as bad. Nothing he can do or say will change my opinion of him.

    0
  26. I can't believe anybody would buy a Tesla knowing all of this shit that he pulls with these vehicles. People are absolutely going to die and Tesla is going to hide the data to protect themselves just like they did here

    1
  27. I wonder how fans of the little Nazi's cars justify him screwing them over like this in their minds.

    0
  28. It seems that the video was able to be forensically recovered. This likely means that the data wasn't erased but rather the (memory) pointer to the starting position of the data was re-set. And this means that whichever Tesla engineers designed this doesn't understand how a CPU reads and writes data

  29. Is this why he wanted access to our Gov files? Make the investigations go away? Fired the Inspectors General… he paid Trump $277 million to put him in the White House. Musk can buy his way in and out of anything. We are TOP HEAVY in a very bad way

    0
  30. AND THEY are who THE FELON allowed to rummage through all our FEDERAL Agencies to take our personal data & dismantle their efforts to SUPPORT Americans.

WHY did this CRIMINAL FELON ever get back into our WHITE HOUSE?

    It’s a disastrous mystery!

  31. Teslar is the only company using inferior optical-only collision avoidance. Almost every AV co—including Waymo, Cruise, Audi, Nissan, and others—uses sensor fusion (camera plus lidar and/or radar) to enhance detection reliability, depth perception, and redundancy:

  32. Our neighbors just exchanged their Teslas for a jeep and a toyota. A family member exchanged one Tesla for one Subaru

  33. The people have a choice to make. Get rid of billionaires and the system that allows for one person to make 15,000x’s more than any other employee or be consumed by them, like batteries. Only to be tossed and replaced once they’re no longer useful.

  34. Elon Musk should be in jail. Tesla will be better served if Elon Musk is removed as CEO.

    0
  35. wonder if the decision went all the way up to Elon? Have a feeling it did based on his history of control.

  36. Withholding data, lying, misdirection- just like his pal Trump. These “creeps” are all the same.

    0
  37. This behavior won't stop until we legislate that all data captured/transmitted from auto piloted vehicles outbound must be kept over x time, and provided to both owners and legally authorized requestors.

    0
  38. Of course they did. Tesla and musk are right up there with Trump in abusing people and position. And what does our government do —they give Musk a ton of money and take away our healthcare and food for our struggling families.

It certainly is not a stretch to have used such self deleting software in the 2024 election. Who was Elon backing?

  40. America (read The American People) needs to rid itself of these mega-rich CRIMINALS who don't only THINK they are above the law: They created a country in which they ARE above the law.

And this will NOT CHANGE unless THE PEOPLE BANK TOGETHER AND PUT AN END TO IT.

  41. destruction of evidence. i would say you should presume the missing evidence would have shown tesla at fault and proceed to the damages verdict

    0
  42. Nawww not Elon lying and cheating to avoid any accountability or financial repercussions. Apparently shareholders are cool with it as long as he keeps making them money. All the more reason to boycott Swasticars.

    0
  43. But Musk is rich, and we all know rich people can do whatever they want in this country so it will never matter how many people Tesla kills.

    0
  44. Dang. Some one with a big dent in their Tesla can’t find the footage even when the sentry mode was on. Wonder if the same happened?

And some smug engineers, who look down on people with real but lower-paying jobs showed up to work day after day to develop and build such features.

  46. I'd been whatever happened with the autopilot crash that captured the video of the woman in the car right before it crashed

  47. But the Tesla board just just voted to award Elmo $30B more in stock, for what?? His ability to make it the most hated car co in the world and himself as the most hated man in America next to Trump and family?

    0
  48. America struggles to deal with people that are ruthlessly evil and in control of vast power and money. And lie constantly.

    0
  49. Tesla programmed in willful destruction of criminal evidence. And they knew it & lied about it.

This should be bigger than Dieselgate.

    1
  50. This doesn't surprise me. What surprises me is that all this data obtained by Tesla is allowed. He's gone unchecked for years, perhaps decades, and we allowed him to collect it. Imagine what he's collecting with Starlink!

  51. I'd expect that multiple states' attorneys general would be besieged by victim's families to open investigations into possible criminal behavior by Tesla surrounding injurious and/or fatal crashes in their own states

  53. Musk just received $29 Billion in TSLA stock.

Just to get an idea of how much money that is, if that stock bonus was divided up among all Americans (~350 million people) it would be ~$82.60 for every man, woman and child.

    0
  54. Nobody ever accused Musk of being a truth teller. He’s the richest guy in the world because he has no ethics or integrity whatsoever. He doesn’t care if people die because of his stupidity. All he wants is money and power.

  55. So a self deleting black box??? Didn't think computers were into evidence tampering but sounds like programmers still are😀
