2 executive chefs, 1 head chef, 3 sous and 2 intern chefs all have our evening ruined because this plate of cut that we all know is medium-rare was retuned, shocking!
According to the diner, they taste too smokey, dry and salty🤦🏽♂️

Not to my taste (I prefer medium to well, but then, I'd have asked for that), but if the description was medium rare, that's what I would have expected. I can't see how that was too dry. It looks very moist. Some people will not be pleased and are often after a free meal.

It’s so sad to hear this, and think that the customer had such little awareness about what goes into making food for people.. I’d eat that and thank the chef.. sorry it ruined your night. 😢
Having spent three weeks on a Cunard cruise ship full of UK northerns last autumn, it was sad to see that Brits have adopted the extremely rude US way of complaining about everything - often right from the start - to put hospitality staff “in their place”. That plate looks brilliant.
I’ll have to ask Michele, as she is a much bigger meat eater than me. She loves a good steak and usually orders medium or medium rare. 🥩
