  2. Super great! And important. Very.

One note—Jack Smith did not investigate Trump—he was appointed as special prosecutor in Trump’s espionage case.

Judge Cannon, a family acquaintance long before Trump appointed her to the bench, dismissed the case for reasons not on the merits after much delay.

  4. CNN is complicit in the shitshow we are now all living. History will not treat your bending the knee to authoritarianism kindly. You are a case study of those who abetted the rise of facism in the US. Shame on you.

  8. Trump believes in the power of lawsuits. Good on these lawyers for mounting a bulwark response built on lawsuits.

  9. Not sure why it's taken so long for people who prefer democracy to form their own Heritage Foundation. Or maybe I just don't know. If there is such a group they're not doing much.

  10. Y'all in mainstream media outlets really do love that word "reshape."

Yeah... "reshaping" the federal government, in the way that a 9.3 earthquake "reshapes" a brick building.

  12. I do not understand why people keep seeking remedies for fascism through the legal system. These bastards have been ignoring constitutional law since day 1 with zero consequence.

  13. CNN, please stop referring point of philosophy and action to Trump. DJT is a beard for The Heritage Foundation followers and their manifesto, Project 20205.

  16. It's nice to see Hope still alive in the world. Thank you Lawyers for fighting the good fight. All other fired sectors of the government should follow suit. They can take your job but they cannot take your skills and knowledge. Those are gifts you have been sent with so you can fight the good fight.

  17. Pedofelon Trump could easily issue an executive order to lower the price of eggs and release the Epstein Files.

But he’s distracting with the “Gulf of America” EO instead 🙄.

  19. I'll donate-- once I see some litigation, and press conferences from an office with cinderblock walls and govt surplus furniture.

Not convinced yet that this isn't just another grift, but I'm hopeful.

  20. " Zelinsky told CNN in a phone call that their group stand out because of the number of people who have come out of retirement to work for the firm." Just like Hastings (now UC Law School) populated its faculty when it was founded. Kamala Harris went there, BTW.
