I had been holding out on watching Fiona and Cake cause that final episode of Distant Lands hit so hard I didn't wanna fuck with the impact it left on me, but maybe it's time!

Keeper was apparently something they started scoping early in covid, and at that stage xbox hadn't pivoted to third party. I suspect a decision was made to just launch on xbox + pc first, and if it was well received they'd port it elsewhere.

Having 100%'ed south of midnight I'm not sure its issues can be fixed w/ a "tweak". You would need to rework the level design to better integrate + diversify the combat encounters, and that's probably beyond the scope of any port job.
Still a fantastic game tho. Peak narrative, music + art design

Microsoft seems to be porting smaller games that were well received pentiment) even when they shut the studio down (hi-fi rush) so I'd expect to see both on ps5 at some point, probably switch 2 as well

Ha, that's awesome. Yea definitely agreed it's the more rewatchable movie. I expect they'll put it back in theaters around awards season and I'll definitely make an excuse to do my third watch then

#blutoid i played total chaos, the horror game that shadow dropped on game pass, and hoo boy that sound design is a motherfucker.
Like take what hellblade did for spatial audio and use it for horror instead of paranoia. I was DEEPLY uncomfortable.

I agree sinners had a really memorable and developed cast, but wouldn't go so far in the opposite direction for OBAA.
I've seen sinners twice but still need to do my OBAA rewatch so that will probably be what solidifies it for me one way or the other
