They watch too many movies. They think tough talk = leverage. You see them in the corporate world all the time. They get nothing meaningful done, but they sure do kick up a lot of dust.

Wow. Memories. I spent my first eight years in Cyprus — I remember near daily trips to the beach in the summer, and my crystals! To an eight year old these were lost pirate treasures, but they were everywhere, and I kind of took it for granted that they’d be there when I needed money.

In fairness to Hesgeth, he was also terrible at managing much smaller organizations. He should have never been put in this position.
