We are taking a long trip this fall and were just joking that we’ll be looking for rescue pups on petfinder in the airport as we go through customs, we’re that ready, LOL. First time in 20+ years we’ve had no dog!

We lost our elderly dog a few months ago. There was a lot of poop incontinence in his last year. We still wake up at night after hearing a “phantom bark” and thinking we have to run downstairs to avert it. We have both nearly killed ourselves running down stairs, very sleepy, just to find no dog. 💔
