Agreed. I don't think he has either the disposition (to oppose Trump) or the intellect/skills to pilot our economy through the rocks. PP's frequent outbursts also suggest he's clueless when it comes to diplomacy and cooperation for the greater good.

What if Trump decides to nationalize (or at least freeze the sales) of properties owned by foreigners? There are historical precedents, and at this point I wouldn't put anything past him.

The economies are so intertwined that it will take time. But Canada has been making huge strides ... Just so relieved to have someone at the helm who understands economics and has assembled a team that knows how to work with, and build, intl relations and partnerships.

The point is SK started with nothing. Canada is in a much better starting position, and should be able to leverage those advantages to leap frog over ... well, certain nations that seem to be regressing.
