There is an epidemic of shootings by hetero white men. They commit mass murder it's "our mental health system is broken." When it's not a white guy it's "minority gangsterism." If they could find a smaller and more powerless minority than trans people to blame and bully, believe me they would.
They did the same thing to black and brown people. They will move on to the next minority they can bully.
More than 1 mass shooting at a US school every day in 2025. One may or may not have been trans/de-transitioner, who was radicalised by the far right. By demonising that one person as worse than the 400 others so far this year is crapping on the memory of all those murdered this year.

every sane person knows that most of the gun violence is done by non-transgender people. I rarely hear about gun violence done by a transgender person. It is usually a straight white man that is doing the shootings. Statistics even shows this.
