My guess is he has already ran this by his buddies on the Supreme Court so they know to approve the changes in red states and deny them in blue states.

Why do people punish themselves by trying to deal with that guy? He is impossible to deal with.

Right now it doesn't seem to matter if Congress has appropriated money for something, if Trump and his cronies decide they don't want it funded they just cancel it. Congress has no backbone to enforce their decisions.

Seems like the only way they can get businesses here is if they pay them. Biden tried doing that to get chip makers to come here, they appeared to be moving here, don't know if it will continue. I agree neither approach looks particularly palatable.

No reason to expect him to come out and say he made a mistake.

Right now I am expecting the research to move to other countries, then they can develop the new drugs and we can pay big tariffs on them to get them here. Just an opinion, no charge for it.
