    Yes. It would be a real problem if the Trump Administration's ICE grabbed some of the girls and sent them off to some other nation

    There are multiple parts to the reason that the military can't retain people

    Pay. Once a person has been trained in a skill wanted in the civilian world, the person gets 3 times the pay and doesn't have to move every couple of years
