Thanks! This was my suspicion, but I don't have much of a grasp on Scottish politics or devolved government in general yet. We'll see what happens, I suppose.

Doesn't seem like anyone has an answer to it at the moment! I suppose if Scotland escapes then we might be a more attractive destination for international students, though we're already using them to plug quite a lot of gaps.

A quick look online suggests this would need to be approved by Holyrood to be imposed on Scottish unis - any informed guesses at whether it might be?
