  1. You have a right to defend yourself. And that's exactly what he did. That's too dead Nazis keep thinning their ranks

  2. Bound to happen. You can’t go parading around looking like that and not expect for peeps to protect themselves.

  3. Thanks to warrantless badgeless Jan 6ers being deputized for fuckery/ it’s getting more and more difficult to tell who is who and what is what

  4. If they were impersonating police, that’s terrifying. Homeowners shouldn’t have to fear armed intruders posing as law enforcement—situations like this highlight why clear identification and accountability matter.

  5. I’ve never been a gun toting supporter, but I’ve told everyone I know to go get a gun(s), learn to shoot effectively, & stock up on ammo. These guys have lost their minds. They need to lose their lives. Yeah, I said it. They do!

  6. If ICE doesn’t produce warrants I’m honestly confused why anyone complies with them ever. And why, without presenting ID this won’t inevitably begin happening to them

  7. "Obviously, a police car with some sort of lights and sirens and a bullhorn where we'll be announcing ourselves," HPD Detective Kyle Stringer told Choi. Stringer noted that real officers do not wear ski masks."

    Someone let Krusty know.

  8. Surprised we aren't hearing about more of this. The lack of appropriate identification, use of masks and lack of warrants is an open invitation for true criminals to impersonate ICE or police in attempts to commit home robberies. And local police/sheriffs lose credibility if they cooperate with ICE.

  9. We will not know the full outcome of this sad incident until we see how Fox spins it. Sort of a right wing koan. “We hate all immigrants but everyone should be fully armed with freely available weapons.” Hmmm? Fox heads may explode.

  10. You know those masked guys claiming to be ICE where many of them are just getting their vests from Amazon

They are nothing more than bounty contractors with a letter approving actions

How in the utter hell do they have federal protection while technically they are not sworn peace officers

  11. It’s exactly what trump wants to happen…. so he can expand his authoritarianism. He’s going to keep Sending out His “militia ” on America to force citizens into submission to his will. HE WILL be the one coming after your guns. Watch and see America. It’s called Domestic terrorism.

  12. Home Invaders are Home Invaders are Home Invaders!... Every Home Owner deserves to be safe from being Harmed and Invaded by Creatures with ski masks!!... ⚖️...⚖️...⚖️

  13. MORE PLEASE. DEFEND YOURSELVES.

MASKED AND REFUSING TO IDENTIFY = NOT LAW ENFORCEMENT.

    THAT IS THE DEFAULT.

  14. Well done Trump, the master plan allowing masked Gestapo squads kidnapping people all over America is helping remind Americans of the Second Amendment ☠️

  15. "Obviously, a police car with some sort of lights and sirens and a bullhorn where we'll be announcing ourselves," HPD Detective Kyle Stringer told Choi.

Stringer noted that real officers do not wear ski masks.“

  16. That will become common place in America but Americans must protect their homes & their families, that’s it. It is what it is. Americans didn’t ask for any of this DT, the GOP & the rich did.One day it might be them. Life is funny that way.

  17. Homeowner exchanges gunfire through the door with two men in body armor, and kills them both while taking no injuries?

Nope, that's not suspicious at all. Nothing to see here.

Too bad they weren't actually ICE.

    0
  18. It was only matter of time, and I'm surprised it hadn't happened sooner. I'd do the same, if they were attempting to enter my home to take my wife or children wearing masks and refusing to show identification or a warrant. Fuck ICE.

  19. How disappointing to think that you finally get to use your 2nd Amendment rights to fight tyranny, only to find out that all you did was prevent a robbery.

    0
  20. Eventually this will happen to actual ICE/"LEO" and we'll be told we can no longer defend against masked intruders unless we first talk to them and verify they are intruders.

  21. More of this, please, when masked men without IDs or warrants directly threaten your safety. Hold your ground.

    0
  22. It's not an unheard of home invasion tactic. I also am sure even if this happens to ICE people the agency will pretend they were random dudes and they never heard of them. That's the fate of a mercenary

    2
  23. Am I the only one who’s a little disappointed they weren’t really ICE agents?

    1
  24. More of this, please. Make these motherfuckers think about how willing they are to die for their shameful jobs.

  25. Interesting that the police officer said that real officers don’t wear masks. So is the conclusion that anyone who spots a masked man claiming to be ICE should immediately call the local police department?

    0
  26. It’s only a matter of time before this type of scenario happens with ICE.

    1
  27. 🤔Bound to happen again because Texans are allowed by law to shoot to defend their property. Castle Doctrine.

If the “police” shot first, then they should have known what might happen.

If they were ICE - now they are on ice 😵🧊

  28. FELON/Sexual Predator Trump & his band of Nazis are inspiring criminals & making it easier for them to commit crimes against Americans across the nation.

Is this what those 77 million [if accurate] easily conned idiots thought they were voting for in November 2024? Oh, and #FoodPrices are soaring!

    0
  29. It will be very interesting to find out if they were regular criminals or regular criminals being paid by #ICE 🤔

  30. With ICE running around in masks and vests, rousting people, and criminals imitating the cops, we don’t know who to shoot anymore. I guess we just do what we have to and que dios los separe.

    1
  31. I’ve thought it was weird this hasn’t happened sooner. These people, their vehicles aren’t identifiable.

    5
  32. We will probably be seeing more of this. Stand your ground indeed. The article says the homeowner shot the two goons wearing "bulletproof vests" and the two goons were found dead. Maybe the cheapest option on Amazon for personal protection is not always best choice.

    0
  33. They are going to continue eroding public faith in law enforcement and it is going to come down to none of them being able to do their job. To which I assume that chaos is the goal

    0
  34. Abso-effing-lutely THIS. It's surprising that this isn't a more frequent occurrence given the lawlessness with which these people are acting.

    0
  35. So, when all those gun nutters with monster weapons and thousands of rounds start acting on their "it's for de gubbmett teerahhhneee" ...what's gonna be the result?

    0
  36. eventually some ice goons are going to stumble into the wrong house and there’s going to be an ok corral

  37. I do not own a gun; never shot one. I'm scared of them, and people that sling them about. I don't see well and am a tiny, tiny woman. I sure as hell admire standing up for oneself.

    1
  38. Good I'm glad it turned out Ok. But this is going to become more common. Next time it might be real fake ICE bums that get the stand your ground treatment. I won't shed any tears about that either.

    0
  39. "Police said the two men were wearing bulletproof vests and had some sort of badge around their necks."

    Jfc. What's the difference?

They announced as police and then they shot at him through the door before he opened fire in return.

    What's the difference?

  40. I am just waiting for the NRA to jump on this and cheer.

“See? Y’all really do need guns to defend your homes against anyone, even the state, who comes to you illegally.”

    Any day now…..

    3
  41. I live in a stand your ground state and legally I have no duty to retreat. Anyone coming to my door wearing a mask and armed will be greeted in the same fashion. We are at the beginning of a Civil War and bad people will take advantage of the situation, so now is the time to protect yourself.

    0
  42. Castle doctrine, stand your ground and all that

With the surge this year in masked goons trying to break into people’s homes, I’m surprised it doesn’t happen more often

    0
  43. I hope the story goes viral & serves as an inspiration to citizens & a warning to men with micropenises dressed in uniforms, wearing masks, with no warrant, & no ID…you know who you are!!!

  44. Sadly, more of this to come. Criminal minded opportunists are lit up with the chance to wear the look of the law and get away with crimes…. ICE inspired. My shotgun awaits any asshole who tries to mess with me and my wolf-ish dog, Peachy. Bless the wild 4 leggeds 💘

    1
  45. I love the last line, “Stringer noted that real officers do not wear ski masks.” Take note ICE.

    1
  46. You should be able to shoot anybody that’s wearing a mask with no identification that’s coming after you. I’m sorry that’s how I feel and I believe that’s how everybody used to feel before MAGA. And no I’m not a gun nut.

    24
  47. And per the article, the masked men shot first; the homeowner fired in self-defence. Which seems reasonable in this situation - matching their weaponry with the same. Unfortunately for them, he was a better shot

    0
  48. You know… I don’t own a gun… Even in the face of armed assailants, shoot back wouldn’t be my go to. That said? It sounds like they had it coming.

If someone asks to see a warrant, you either produce exactly that, or you walk away. They did neither, so after that it’s classic FAFO.

    0
  49. Has anyone from law enforcement confirmed that they were not feds yet? And if they were feds, would they admit it? I assume they would have to eventually.

    1
  50. What jury would convict? “2 men in ski masks” could be criminals, hijackers, kidnappers, who knows what they are up to? I’m sure the homeowner was afraid and was defending himself and his family (in their mind)!

    0
  51. This is going to get worse because these Ice, KKK thugs, have noone overseeing them. Pretty soon they will be attacking stores and people to get extra money.

    0
  52. It's going to happen. Citizens are allowed to be armed. No badge? No name tag? Hiding behind a mask and sunglasses? With all of the Right wing nutjobs loving military cosplay you don't really know who's assaulting you.

    1
  53. More of this is going to happen as long as we have people running around in their cosplay bullshit they bought on Amazon and they're going to deserve it.

  54. The one reason the often misinterpreted 2nd amendment exists and the pussies at nra are silent. Proof that they do not represent gun owners. They only represent the gun manufacturers that are arming the drug cartels south of the border so that they can deliver more illegal fentanyl to the U.S.!

  55. From the article:

"Stringer noted that real officers do not wear ski masks."

LOL. I think they were in a coma the last 6 months.

    1
  56. Trump's ICE thugs masked and without identification have left the door open for impersonation by the criminally minded for committing rape and crimes against innocent victims.

    0
  57. "At some point, police said the men shot at the homeowner through the door, prompting the homeowner to return fire."

I would not be surprised if this detail were not true. But I doubt the police or DA would care.

    0
  58. Can’t say I blame them. Covered faces, refusing to give names and badge numbers. It’s a recipe for disaster all the way around. This will only escalate as this authoritarian regime ramps up the chaos.
