Magnificent and important. Listen to the whole thing. It’s so bracing to hear a politician recognize we are in a dictatorship and not just vow to defend us—but bring our persecutors to justice!
We need a lot more of this. I'm such a fan of his. The only thing that will stop the current president & his administration is for all of us to push back, and do it until he's gone.

I just watched CBCNews (Canada) this p.m., as I try to do a few times a week just to stay connected with reality. The CBC reports so honestly to its viewers. Tonight, lots and lots of news on climate change & farming, climate change & wildfires, on the impact of AI (data gathering), proven methods
I of course would like to stop these moves in theor tracks, but at the same time these governors should saying "for every one day the president puts troops in my state, we will be putting troops in Indiana, Texas, Alabama, etc. for five days."

JB is the first person to make the point that following illegal orders can land you in prison even if the guy who gave the orders is immune from prosecution. One day, Trump will be gone, the good guys will hold the reins of power and those who carried out Trump's illegal orders must be prosecuted.

If the major TV news would do one simple thing. When Trump starts his dystopia blather about crime-ridden blue cities, they must repeat a side by side graphic with the crime stats of the top 10 highest crime cities. The airwaves must be inundated with those facts. Hard for even SCOTUS 6 to ignore.
