They've done a HORRIBLE job rolling this out, but my understanding was you pay for ESPN+ (or whatever the new name will be) and if you have an existing cable subscription of some kind you don't pay anything extra.

One of my fitness strategies (that's worked before) is to change how I literally physically see myself. So if I have to look at that guy ↖️ (7 yrs ago John) maybe I'll start acting like him (healthy habits, workout accountability etc)
This SUCKS with the knee and with my nagging shoulder of late.
