I'm sure Theil's PALANTIR has that, ready to merge with our MED, IRS, credit reports, Social Media, NCIC, FBI, travel, media reports, subscriptions, LPR data, fingerprints and DNA, voice print etc etc all in dossier format. Thiel then asks protege J.D. to contextualize this in his coming term.
