Also... there are other modalities. I've had my issues with the limitations and slow nature of talk therapy and delved into healing work, breathwork therapy, regression therapy, hypnotherapy and others... and it's cool to explore what's there and why

Totally legit, that's an excuse to not face your demons and unpack the box. That said, it's incredibly helpful and healthy MOST people who are fortunate enough to have access, and we should give access to more who don't.
