The misinterpretation of the judge of the Canadian legal definition of consent that is defined as ongoing consent.
The admittance of evidence for the accused & not the complainant that was similar.
Really, really disappointed to hear there will be no appeal.
If it's EM's decision because a re-trial was too painful, I understand. She owes us nothing.
But if it was strictly the Crown's decision, it's a travesty. There is so much ground to appeal.
