I am SO SICK of hearing people say, "investors create jobs." No, they don't. Demand creates jobs. Full stop.
Also, the lie we call "the law of supply and demand." Prices don't magically rise when there's low supply or high demand. Prices rise because someone decides to raise them. Full stop.
