The leading "markers of ultra-processed foods" identified by the study as most related to increased mortality are "flavour", "flavour enhancer", "colouring agent", "sweetener", and "varieties of sugar". Am I safe if I just eat bland, beige, unsweetened foods?

If it happens this term, the curdling disgust directed at Vance will be a thing to behold. The coalition will descend into desperate and increasingly violent in-fighting. I'll be praying that the power vacuum is large enough for a true Reconstruction to emerge.
