  1. Unfortunately, I don’t think the Trump admin cares whether detainees eat or not. They’ll be quite happy to see them starve.

  2. They die?The flood gates of inspectors will descend upon them! Hope they get there before it turns into mass graves 🥶 if most of the prisoners don’t have friend, relatives, or attorneys, how will we know who died??? 🥶🧌

  3. Unfortunately, the people running it aren't going to care if the prisoners starve themselves to death, because cruelty is the point.

  4. This is sickening and possibly criminal. How do we stop the torment and inhumanity? I write, call, send petitions. I appreciate the many protesters who go there in person but what can we do from afar to stop this. No end is in sight.

  5. ‪Ron Filipkowski‬ ‪ Will everyone quit and roll over? The law firms, media companies, universities, government employees. Will you all cling to what you have and hope you can just ride it out, Republic be damned? Shame on all of you who don’t stand up, just remember we will never forget.

  9. They are fighting back inside that hellhole. We need to fight back against how they are detained and treated inhumanely. Stand up!

  10. MAGA is totally fine with this because it means they'll die sooner.

It's unfortunate that we're at this point now, but people choosing to somehow stand down (i.e. hunger strikes or resignations) in protest of the new American Nazis are not actually fighting anything...

  11. This detention facility is America’s Dachau. It’s not a death camp yet

Everyone, from bottom to top, involved in its construction and ongoing maintenance should never know a day’s peace again in their lives. This evil is a stain on our collective soul.

  12. This is so sad ... the goal of a hunger strike is to draw attention to the situation and hope that someone will care enough to do something. I am not sure that enough Americans care. Those who do care seem to be paralyzed with hopelessness.

  13. "what they call"? They were kidnapped from their lives and are suffering an unairconditioned Florida summer without contact with lawyers or family. Fuck you for sanitizing their torture.
