  1. ATTN Blueskyers who still courageously venture over to X now and then: Look up every MAGA influencer you can ASAP and screenshot their locations!!! Before X turns this policy around! Then we can compile them into a database for MAGAs to not actually care about but it’s worth a try

  2. This should have been required by law from the start. Calgary Alberta Canada chrome on windows

Putin instructed his buy QEloon to do this. Putin loves that QEloon is so easily manipulated. Putin loved that QEloon is a Nazi.

  4. "Sleepy Joe Biden's ANTIFA hackers are making it look like American influencers are from Russia to hide the TRUTHS we are smart and brave enough to share! MAGA!!"

    • 99% of these accounts' followers, who will once again double down rather than admit they've been duped

  5. At the risk of appearing to praise the hellsite & its owner, this should be a requirement for all social media.

  6. From Russia and multiple username changes. But ‘from Texas’. We are being manipulated and social apps are complicit. Enshitification of high technology.

  7. But wait, I saw this earlier and she, and many others, posted these themselves. I tried to find the same information and I could not. Are you certain that people aren’t just having fun and making fake images for clicks?

Too bad, if Zuckerberg had done this the Russian Trojan Horse via Facebook’s algorithms wouldn’t have been near as successful undermining the American youth via the NRA and the 2A crybaby boys.

Putin had been manipulating our country for decades prior and here we are.

    Zuckerberg = Sedition

  9. I'm betting they will remove this feature when they find out just how many massive right wing pundents and media starlets are all Russian, Chinese, or Indian. Lmao

  10. This is funny enough that I thought for a few seconds about going back to Twitter to check in...

...and then I realized that I don't care.

  11. Frankly, that should be something all social media tracks and displays. It's been far too easy for someone to pretend to be someone else. it's ok for roleplaying sites and games to not worry about where someone is from, not so good for political discourse......

  12. Do you think any MAGAts will understand what Russian “influencers” are trying to do with their posts?

  13. Do you have to be verified to see others' status? When I look at her profile, it doesn't give the country of origin. When I look at my unverified account it gives the country of origin, but not for others, just the date they joined X.

  14. Yep another one who constantly sends propaganda posts has also turned out to be from abroad . These are propaganda bots . Who have no interest in caring for the USA citizens

I’m surprised that they are doing this, I wonder if Elon knows that we can see the Russian bots now?

  16. July 2024 U.S. DOJ: U.S. authorities announced the disruption of a Russian-government-backed, AI-enhanced bot farm that used 968 X accounts to spread disinformation. These accounts used AI to create fake American personas to promote pro-Russian narratives, particularly regarding the war in Ukraine

  17. While X itself has claimed a low percentage of bots, studies and analyses suggest anywhere from 20% to 64% or more of accounts could have bot-like activity.

  18. Wow… I deleted my account with X when everyone started coming here. The only reason I miss it - is to talk to people able my team. I have found I can do that on REDDIT.

  19. Do I just not care because I don't use the app or because there is nothing I can do to stop the crazies at this point? Idk idc x is an example of a lot of things.

  20. Republicans KNEW their favorite podcast hosts were receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of bribes from Russia to peddle their bullshit ideas that have become the foundation of conservativism.

  21. He's trying to claim it was because she using a VPN: x.com/MaryTilesTex...

But then we she used an actual VPN to change her location to the United States, it shows a "!" to indication she is now using a VPN.

    x.com/MaryTilesTex...

Can someone on 𝕏 confirm this for me: If your account shows the “!” for VPN use, does the “connected via” section still display your real country of origin correctly? Would be good to know to make sure people can’t disguise that.

Mary Tiles Texas on X: "Can someone on 𝕏 confirm this for me: If your account shows the “!” for VPN use, does the “connected via” section still display your real country of origin correctly? Would be good to know to make sure people can’t disguise that." / X

  23. Really??? They allow the 'origin country' of the account to appear now? Can't believe Lone Skum agreed to this. How is he going to maintain his narrative about bots and fakes?

  24. Facebook should do that so maaaaaybe all the boomers will stop believing everything the bots tell them. Probably not, but it’s worth a shot.
