Retired, politically independent, usually don't say much but will when I feel it's needed! My comments are my opinions, you can have your own! Oh and more gray than my avatar!

  1. I'm now wondering if these tariff numbers are cooked too! If not more than half of the money coming into the treasury is from US taxpayers! So much for dropping prices Felon-President Trump!

A massive regressive national sales tax imposed upon every American by a president with no constitutional authority to impose a national sales tax. The reason why the founders gave this power to Congress is because this would never pass any Congress- even this one.

  2. I would say I agree, except that the authoritarianism isn't creeping in this is boldly walking down the street, daring, even taunting anyone to challenge them! This is a push to create government in their own image rather than a democratic one!

  3. “We take vaccines so for granted in the United States” ...“Women in the developing world know the power of [vaccines]. They will walk 10 kilometers in the heat with their child and line up to get a vaccine because they have seen death.”

  4. My son Griffin knew that "Car 54, Where Are You?" is one of my all-time favorite comedies & drew this for my birthday. The likenesses of Fred Gwynne & Joe E. Ross are absolute perfection & he even included the theme song! I treasure it as one of my most prized possessions.

    Thanks Griff 🙏

  5. I’m sorry but I really have to stand up for myself and independent media here. Everyone is crediting Ken Delanian for the Maxwell sex offender waiver story, but I was hours ahead of him. Hours. Independent media is important.

  6. Hassett says the economy is good if you just ignore the jobs report: "While the jobs numbers had this big kind of mysterious revision, if they didn't have the revision, then the jobs numbers were fully consistent with the 3% GDP growth we also saw last week."
