My experience a few months back, made me realize. Acknowledge everyone I meet. Each day, i say hi. I do not want anyone feeling left out, alone, nit connected. No one should go through that. So I say hi even to them folk. "A blessing is a realization sufficient enough to cause change." HHDL 14th.

I was told it's as easy as taking a breath. But the fear associated with it causes grasping/clinging. It tickles me when i hear men say they have no fear. I had an experience once. Not sure what it was. But when I said "please not now." What was happening stop.

I started calling NPR. NTR because he was always on there. Rarely did I hear Joe. I'd rather listen to Egberto Willie's podcast than NTR or KPFT.
