I think that he’s being very courteous. There aren’t any places that I can think of that put their spittoons out on display, where you can take your pick before hawking up a tobacco-stained lugie.

A friend worked at a company where he wasn’t given a specific budget. He spent like he was given access to a bottomless pit of cash, and he was desperate to get as far down as quickly as possible. His spending didn’t ruin the company, but he damaged it. Trump is operating on a much larger scale.
