This is the bane of my existence. We effectively NEVER get 24 hours notice because of this system.
I went almost a week between my first message and even getting confirmation that I was in the queue (not an actual date) recently. Then he showed up at my door an hour after our last conversation but without actually warning me.
(My dishwasher is still broken, needed a new part.)

Sounds about right 😭 a lot of the time we would message them and weeks later we would check just to see the claim was marked as addressed. Then get a text message from a random number asking if they could come at 4 at 2:00 🙄
