So what is the answer for stupid people like the one featured 'driving' as it's clearly a secondary task to gawping at her phone like an imbecile. My vote is road side snipers. Start with high velocity paint ball rounds first. Then we'll see who is paying attention and who isn't 😀
I don’t even want to think about how many drivers do this on a regular basis. She’s got both hands off the wheel on a two-lane road with heavy oncoming traffic, and passing a cement mixer at one point. This could have ended very tragically for her and/or someone else.
