Jordy Meiselas: ICE didn't just lower the age requirementāthey removed the age requirement. Now, at any ageāyou can go and join. They've riled up their base and have given them one lane to occupy: take out your anger, become an ICE agent, and chase down migrants. They are preying on people's hate.
