I think I grew Sun Gold. I pick most of my red tomatoes early and let them ripen inside. Cuts down on loss to birds, insects, squirrels. I’ll try that with the yellow.

I tried growing a highly recommended yellow tomato a few years ago. I had a difficult time recognizing when the tomatoes were ripe and let them get over ripe. I’ve got to try again, practice getting into the yellow tomato state of mind.

My friend gifted me 6-7 tomato seedlings all crowded into a single tiny pot. I didn’t have the time to tease them apart and just stuck them in an empty spot in the garden. The plants grew huge, in spite of the challenging start. The tomatoes are beautiful and delicious. Have no idea what they are.

What delicate beauties.

Can’t say for sure what Abilene is thinking but it probably has something to do with jobs and growth. Humans sacrifice themselves on the alter of economic growth.

Data centers also require lots of cooling water. The Texas Water Board admits they didn’t consider data centers when planning to meet water needs. Even dry areas, like Abilene, have permitted huge centers and are already suffering from lack of water.

Here in Texas, huge data centers are popping up across the state. Data centers require lots of electricity, taxing the already fragile and unregulated grid.

Great job, Jasper. When you are through there, get back to the curtains. They won’t hold themselves up.

That looks like heaven, Flanoy. Wish I was there beside you. I wouldn’t even care if Karl showed up.

Right from the start, it is inevitable.
