A 15-year old girl and her 15-year-old companion beat up "Big Balls" in D.C., so even though they're in custody and crime there is at its lowest in 30 years, a "juvenile curfew zone" is now declared from 8-11 pm and a city-wide youth curfew at 11 pm, in advance of Trump's announcement tomorrow.π
