There needs to be a snappy name for the idea that it is consistent to accept everyone who accepts everyone (meaning if you want to kill or reduce the rights of others, you're out).
Until then, it's far too easy for them to say that liberals are like Nazis because neither will accept the other.
Uh ... charisma is different than acting.
Solidly charismatic, can emote. But he's the same character in different settings instead of presenting different characters.
Now do race, religion, gender, sexuality, bathrooms, etc.
I really doubt that liberals are more absolutist than religious conservatives who tend to believe that skin color can make you different levels of human.
The important thing is to take sides.
Don't focus on what you can do.
Signal what team you are and what boundaries you have established for your team. Remember to mute people you disagree with! The right is correct that homogeneous groups are the most peaceful.

Chuck Schumer (self described concierge instead of leader) isn't leading any sort of opposition.
Remember, their leading theory is self impeachment!
"This" would hold more without weight if Trump didn't just appoint people as acting and then couldn't care less about confirmation.
"This" would hold more weight if the Supreme Court didn't act as a backstop for rulings that hold him responsible.
There's so many people who don't understand what's going on because people are unwilling to be open about what's happening.
This is part of that.
Deny reality because to accept reality is to cement it. If we keep pretending that the supreme court will change, that will help bring about that change!
This is like that Peter Pan play: you don't want to let him die by not clapping hard enough. Keep believing!
