When I was a student I used to work in a very popular London pub. On match days, my boss would change the beer pumps for Peroni to Fosters. It was cheaper and higher margins. We still served it in a Peroni glass. In the months I was there, not one customer knew the difference.
Just shows how much of taste is down to what it looks like. Put it in a Peroni glass and they think it's Peroni even though they are very different tasting lagers.
