  1. Not surprising. Other Presidents had more patriotic ideals…Trump's personal mantra has always been "But what's in it for me?!"

  2. I suppose if #KingCorruption Trump eventually needs to flee the US to avoid further prosecution, Moscow might seem like a good landing place to him. The problem, Putin is way smarter than Trump.

  3. Kirill Fedorov, a Russian military analyst, agreed. “The special military operation is a zero-sum game, and it can only be concluded with total victory. Both the Zelensky folks and the Kremlin understand that—while Trump is a 1990s businessman, so he just keeps imagining deals.” This is so true.

  4. Another Trump Tower in Moscow with Putin's permission, of course. Trump's gotta earn his keep!

  5. The MSM judges Trump by a different standard. His corruption and craziness are now fully normalized & taken for granted by the big newspapers & tv stations. Just compare the coverage of Trump with that of Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden. And the MSM isn't even embarrassed by the inconsistency.

  6. The #corruption is so vast, so open-throttle, so endless that the media can't or won't keep up. Having Republican ownership of most media outlets doesn't help either.

  7. Oh, the President's envoy is negotiating for a Trump Tower in Moscow? Well the President is a real estate mogul, you know. I wonder what the restaurants will be like?

    The media failing, again.

  8. OK, but wasn't this same thing something that Trump had in the works in Moscow to where he gave Putin the penthouse? It sounds like Putin is holding this over Trump's head like a carrot to get everything Putin wants... and then he just won't do any of it... why should he? Trump just keeps playing

  9. Why?

    Why is this happening?

It’s not the press. Like any other “product”, the press produces what their consumers/users/audience wants.

This is 100% on the American citizen.

  10. If I'm Putin I have a large "prime" parcel of land in Moscow ready to "gift" to the U.S. for Hotel/Office/Retail project for US-Russia trade zone, Trump Hotel etc. - also offer "rare earth" minerals (with no details - Trump will fall for it) - and I lie to Trump that I'll side with him v. China -

  11. Kraznov thinks he's a big wheeler & dealer and no one will mind him using the unlimited cash flow from the American people. He shuts down anyone who does complain. God I hope this all catches up to him at some point.

  12. That Trump Tower Hotel in Moscow would presumably be his home if he has to escape US. With so much corruption and illegal activity from the President of US there will come a time when some kind of reckoning will have to happen. Trump will not want to face that.

  13. I think we have to say at this point that Trump has effectively legalized corruption in the United States. It is now OK for public officials to use their positions to enrich themselves and harm their enemies.

  14. I knew the second term would be bad but I am shocked at how corporate media has so quickly failed us. I should have known it would eventually be dollars over democracy.

  15. Who didn't see that coming? Gee wiz! Hotel guy's real estate lawyer talks about building a hotel.

  16. What! A trump hotel in Moscow? I’shocked I tell you! Shocked! And all it’s going to take is giving away parts of a country that doesn’t belong to him! Slava Ukraine!

  17. Even in Trump’s first term this would have been a headline-making scandal (though it would have faded).

  18. This must be the “land swap” that Trump referred to yesterday. Ukraine gives land to Putin, Putin gives land and hotel to Trump. Quid pro quo.
