Our "realtor" attitude. We're too stupid to pick a good house. All the junk in a wide area. At least 7 wasted trips. We did our own search and found a decent house.

Housing was never cheap. We bought our house 2001. We lost 2 bids on other houses. Price inflation kicked in there.
Our "realtor" showed us: houses that flood, burn down rebuilds, houses on busy streets, and price of houses we specifically told her we could not afford. Ignored all our filters. -
