  1. That’s what the billionaires running the major outlets focus on—but what are they really thinking and where would they feel safe to express that without drawing trouble their way?

  2. Can you say “shake down”? How about “bribe”?

The American government is now an extortion racket.

  3. How long before fentanyl is free-flowing as long as the cartels make a generous donation to the “Trump Presidential Library?”

  4. Bc in their own way, CEO executives know their businesses r crime syndicates undermining their own workers, consumers and gov regulators too

  5. Extortion is what Trump thinks is being president.

It's no different than a Mexican cartel charging businesses money each month under threat of violence.

    It's just a bigger scale.

The extortion part is exactly the same.

He's turned America into a 3rd world country.

  6. The one thing he's not really taking into account is China could very well tell TSMC to cut them all off, copy Nvidia's homework and that's that. They have the best 2nm process node in the world. a decade ahead of everyone elses and you cant just spin that up on this side of the pond.

  7. They're going to end up paying more in Bribes than they ever would have paid in fair taxes. Then they'll be driven out of business entirely cos the economy has been demolished.

  8. It is fascism. The national government control of private businesses through threat, intimidation, and violence.

It is the rule of mobsters.

  9. Remember when Republicans were aghast over any government intervention in private business and markets? The talking point was let the market be free of government intervention. They flip flop with the wind and show they are not to be trusted nor relied upon for a fair, just and healthy economy.

  10. Funny how the people who melt down over a grocery co-op in Brooklyn will quietly nod along when the government takes a bite out of Nvidia’s China sales. Maybe it’s not socialism they hate — maybe it’s just the idea of ordinary people having any power at all.

  11. The youtube channel Gamers Nexus is releasing a documentary about this soon. The silicon is made in Taiwan but the boards are all fabbed in China. Chinese techs can just make their own boards and put black market chips on them. China is WAY ahead of us on this, it's a stupid plan and it won't work.

  12. This is stupid Americans voting for a guy who thinks he’s running his own company from the WH. SCOTUS and Congress have to stop him - he’s incompetent and in violation of US law. Impeach and convict and remove now

  13. So they sell the chips and later sue the government for unconstitutional tax. Boy that Trump and his deal making…

  14. Another part of the Tariff War on Americans. It will get passed on to all of us.

Meanwhile, White House golf trips, ballrooms, patios, umbrellas and VIP parties 🎉 will spend all of any tariff monies. Oligarchs will continue to siphon money from the treasury with government deals, deals, deals…

  15. Reeks of Communism.

Congratulations Republican voters! You thought a capital gains tax on people with more than $100 million was communism, and now you have empowered something way more Commie!

  16. Call me a cynic, but I’m certain that a significant portion of the 15% allocated to the US government will end up in the pockets of the orange sponge 🧽 and his kleptocratic friends.

  17. The government is run like the mafia where it want's it's slice of the pie, shaking down companies, or else he sues them for made up shit.

  18. Sounds like a shakedown. "Nice company you got there, making a fortune in our playground. Be a shame if anything..."

  19. It's a shakedown. Gov takes a cut for "protection" in the form of suppressing competition. This is insanity, it's everything the GOP claimed to be against for the last 50 years, and it will destroy our economy and our standing in the world for generations at best, forever at worst.

  20. Is it going to go to the US government, or somehow make its way to Trump's pockets? I mean... it's not like he cares about literally anything other than himself.

Once we're through this, every person involved in this type of corruption needs to be prosecuted.

  21. Somehow US business leaders are fine with sending 15 percent of what they make in China to the U.S. government. But they didn’t vote for the lady because they feared higher corporate taxes. Make it make sense.

  22. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: THE MOBSTER PRESIDENCY COURTESY OF DONALD TRUMP. EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO KICK A PERCENTAGE UP TO THE BOSS. DEPLORABLE, DISGUSTING, IMMORAL, ILLEGAL. ONE THING TRUMP DIDN'T LEARN WHILE EMULATING THE MOB BOSSES IN NEW YORK. SOONER OR LATER THEY GET TAKEN OUT. USUALLY BY THEIR OWN

  23. An additional problem is what I am calling the ByteDanceification of Nvidia.

Why did the US initially move to shut down TikTok? Bc ByteDance's Chinese subsidiary gave Chinese Govt a 1% share & board seat so it might exert control over it.

Will other countries consider Nvidia owned by Trumptocracy?
