This is also a very easy way to reduce your gender pay gap. If an organisation's gap suddenly reduces in a year it's usually because the cleaners have been outsourced
To never try because failure is assumed shouldn't be the course of action, but to assume that policy around wealth and the wealthy will work exactly as the theory and calculations predict is also foolish.
They don't get to that position without a level of intelligence and professional support.
